Hellsgate State Park

Located two Miles South of Lewiston on Snake River Avenue beneath Swallows Nest Rock.

This is an Idaho State Park a fee is charged for use of the park. Make Reservations after March 31. Pets permitted on a leash.

Features: Lewis Clark Discovery Center, Gift Shop, 93 camping spaces, 64 with utilities, BBQ grills, picnic shelter, picnic area, drinking water, restrooms, showers, RV dump station, Marina with boat launch moorage and some convenience foods. See the Lewis & Clark Interpretative Display and view a 30 minute video "From the Mountains to the Sea".

Activities: Fishing, swimming beach, boating, hiking, mountain biking, bridle paths, sight seeing and wildlife watching.
