Wawawai County Park

Wawawai Park

Located 30 miles west of Clarkston on the Snake River. Operated by Whitman County. Wawawai Landing nearby for boat launch.

Directions: Take Down River Road (Whitman County Road 9000). From downtown Clarkston, head west on Bridge Street to 15th Street.  Turn right and cross Red Wolf Bridge at the North end of 15th Street, turn left and travel 30 miles.

Facilities: Camp sites, picnic tables, BBQ grills, individual and group picnic shelters, playground, drinking water, vault toilets.

Activities: Fee camping, picnic, beach, hiking trails, fishing, boating , wild life watching, sight seeing.
